Andrew Ielasi has been in
real estate sales for over 20 years. Starting as a sales
representative in 1980, Andrew became an Associate Broker in 1989
and opened his own office in 1992. Andrew has extensive
experience in real estate sales, managing other sales
representatives and dealing with and working with other sales reps
and brokers in order to "get the deal done". |

Andrew is available
for his clients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. After hours
Andrew is available on pager and can be reached at any time.
Should Andrew be away for a day, another real estate professional
will be given the responsibility of servicing Andrew's
clients. With this system, you'll know that you can always
reach someone if you have an urgent question or problem.
Also, someone will always be available to show a property or
present an offer even if Andrew is away for a few hours or a day. |

Andrew is committed to his clients and his career in real
estate. Proof of this is the fact that Andrew owns his own
real estate brokerage company and that he has obtained the
required education and training in order to be a Broker.
Only real estate professionals who have completed advanced courses
are eligible to become brokers and own or manage a real estate
brokerage company. Brokers typically have substantially
greater expertise and experience in real estate sales as compared
to sales representatives. Further proof of Andrew's
